Educator Induction Program
The AIU offers a PDE-approved, two-year educator induction program for Level I professional educators, long-term substitutes and educational specialists in K-12 schools. Public school districts, charter schools, private schools and other public school entities across Pennsylvania trust the AIU to assist their novice educators in acclimating to the demands of working in a contemporary school environment.
