Regional Alternative Support Program (RASP)

  • The Alternative Education Program's Regional Alternative Support Program (RASP) is a shared-cost program for non-adjudicated students removed from their home school for disciplinary reasons, attendance issues, and those students who may require a smaller learning environment to reach success.

The program provides school districts with the means to continue a student's education while temporarily removing the student from the district in accordance with local and state due process requirements.
