Erin Koebel, Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations

Erin Koebel, the AIU’s Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations, has overall responsibility for providing best-in-class HR solutions to AIU’s internal business customers in addition to leading the development and implementation of labor relations strategies. As a member of the AIU’s Executive Leadership Team, Ms. Koebel directs the planning, development and implementation of strategic HR goals and objectives, recruitment and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development and performance management.

Ms. Koebel holds a Master of Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University. Additionally, Ms. Koebel holds certifications from the HR Certification Institute and the Society of Human Resources Management.
