Dear parents and guardians,

I am very excited to extend a warm welcome back to all of you for the 2023-2024 school year at Sunrise School. As the new principal, I am truly thrilled to join this remarkable family of educators, students, parents and staff.

I am committed to maintaining the traditions of excellence and caring that Sunrise is known for, while also moving Sunrise forward with new opportunities and initiatives that will further enhance the learning experience for our students. Together we will continue to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes academic achievement as well as personal growth for all of our students.

Having spent 25 years in education, I bring a deep love of education and a student-centered approach to this office. My goal is to work with the staff and parents to ensure that every student is empowered to reach their full potential and is equipped to succeed in an ever-changing world.

Throughout the year we will continue to communicate, and I look forward to hearing your valuable input. I encourage you to be a part of your child’s education. Your involvement is an important and valuable part of the educational process.

Please continue to watch for updates and announcements regarding the upcoming school year. The staff is diligently preparing to ensure a smooth and successful start to the year.
